the question that is raised by sonia gandhi's leadership in the mind of the populace is why? why the congress has to go time and again for its leadership to the "gandhi"family. (mind you the name gandhi is from firoz gandhi and not M.K. Gandhi) Mahatma gandhi had foreseen that the congress though being able to give independence to India would not be able to guide it to progress and had asked for its desolution. I believe it is now more than ever that decision is justified. The congress is not at all a party led by intellectuals, if that was the case then Manmohan singh who left london school of business for India would have been their PM candidate. The candidature of Sonia gandhi itself shows that the party lacks intellectual leadership though it has intellectuals like Sam pitroda. Is India so weak in leadership? what does Sonia gandhi know about being broughtup in India about its poor and middle class and the suffering they undergo, when she has never seen them except in election rallies? Peole like Vajpayee, Advani have gone through the struggles of middle class and know the true picture about th life of India. I believe they are the true leaders of India.

The Congress Party of India has contributed a lot more to India than the BJP could ever dream of. They sent the first Indian to space; they started the Indian Nuclear Programme. India was able to build foreign relations with several countries under the rule of the Congress Party, for example Israel and Russia to name a few. In less than 50 years' time, India was able to make achievements that rival some "developed" countries of the world. Of course BJP is only one option in this election. In all meaning BJP is far good than Congress. If we compare with other British Colonies those who got freedom on 1950s, we are nothing in economical and cultural growth of them. This because of only bad governance, but we can see the changes in that condition on last years. There is more job opportunities and a feel good factor in all sectors especially in agricultural sector. Meantime farmers have problems, I think the problems they faced will have a solution very soon and they will also feel good nearly. Moreover, how we can agree Sonia Rajiv Gandi as a Prime Minister of India. The most shame thing is congress couldnt form a good & well national wide delightful personality in last 5 decades. But in few years BJP done that.
