So there was no shining on the Rath. The artificially polished shine spending Rs.2500 million of public money has started wearing off and it has become like a "once polished" shoes gathering dust. Poor Advani when is his breakdown going to happen.Last time his yatra brought in breaking of the Masjid and bringing havoc to India. Now what breakdown is this yatra going to bring . May GOD SAVE INDIA.
where is this rath going to lead. It is a pity that our National Leaders find time to see the country and its poor countrymen only at the time of poll. This could have been done at the beginning of their innings to assess the progress required at the grass root level and plan accordingly. India is not at all shining when we are ranked at 127th. That means there are 126 countries ahead of us as far as development is concerned. It is all the more shamful when we are going backward from 125th position in the last year to 127th level this year. Is India Shining. Yes, BJP is shining, its ministers are shining, its party workers are shining but not the Nation. Congress ruled the country for 50 years but their quality is that congress never shined. They try to shine the entire country the fruit of which is showing in select sectors.
Performance itself reflects of Publicity and these two go in sharp divergence and never meet. Energy spent on publicity would only undermine the performance. Leave alone other things; Can the governance guarantee safe drinking water (not mineral water of the affluent)to all Indians in another half century to go given the current trend of politics?
Even though Advani's yatha is named as Bharath uday yathra, It is primarily a Rath yathra, The publicity also is because of this particular nature of havig arath yatra. His rath is very much connected to the encient Bharath,and definitly taking the peple back to have a feeling of creating a Ramjajy. Any way Mr. Advani's determination and the will to take up this yathra is appreciable.Do we need a symbol Which represent mainly one religion for the political purpose? His yatra must have been much appreciable and acceptable for all if he had adopted a common symbol,and the name Bharath rathyathra must have been more appropriate.
Congratulations to Rediff and its reporters (especially those reporting Advani's Yatra) for consistently giving sensational and anti-BJP headlines a-la-TOI. I am sure if every website and newspaper follow these tactics of Rediff very soon larget selling newspaper will not be so. We will have number of clones scattered around in India. On a serious note, where are those righteous reporters of Rediff?
