The art of creating problems to solve them!
by Leo Jamez on Mar 11, 2004 02:08 PM

"Deputy Prime Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani on Thursday said he was optimistic that a solution to the vexed Ayodhya issue would be possible after the upcoming Lok Sabha election."

It's amusing to see one of the people who CREATED the problem saying that there could be a solution to the problem. I wonder why the intellectual masses or media in India doesn't respond to this in an appropriate manner. And yes, there is the other side of the problem - to defeat a communal party like BJP, we've to vote the Congress to power and run the larger risk of an incompetent PM like Sonia.

What a dilemma - voting BJP back to power is unthinkable as the party is communal and will increase their efforts to thrust Hindutva upon India. And, voting Congress to power and see Sonia become PM is worse than suicide.

We need a change from this rotten system. We simply need better leaders, leaders with intergrity, with whom we can feel comfortable to entrust the power of our great nation.

Solution to Ayodha Issue
by marazban a mogrelia on Mar 11, 2004 12:23 PM

If , only Advaniji can put this issue in cold storage for a few more years life would be much progressive for all. Further, RSS & VHP, are not content with the court'verdict they say it is a matter of belief. Lord Rama is surely very disturbed on this issue. The Lord, fought battles, to protect the world agianst evil. Surely destruction of mosque, stressful n emmotive discussions on whether he was born here or not and revengefully destroying a structure would never be acceptable to him. So it was with Islam when Aurangzeb sent in Mir Baqi to do the task.Spreading th eword of the prophet never meant destruction and persecution which the fanatics adopted. While the only solution would be to rebulid the historic heritage structure again and reconstruct the temple which should be a replica of the original structure as envisage by our historians. The proposed structure should be designed as such a monument that it becomes the eight wonder of the world.
How will Advaniji , sell this idea? & even if he sucessfully marketes it what can be the main poll plank for him?
