Those who are proven guilty are known as prisoners. There are categorise of crimanals who have done nothing but proved guilty and they have tag of prisnors. Some of them, in their self defence they are forced to break norms of society they are also tagged as prisoners. Some of doctors daily doing crimes but they are not guilty they have right to vote. Normal citizens who are using their rights what can they do?
There is not much difference between those who are outside and those who are inside. On most of the occassions, people who are outside are more dangerous than those in prison. When many such criminals are contesting the elections, what is wrong in prisoners casting thier votes?
