Your opinian is correct but,but why only sena have to take responsibility of the Jobs for maharastians,None of party even talk on marathi issue.Only way to implimenting your suggetion is that shivsena should get absolute majority in Vidhansabha and pass some resolution in assembly.This thing should remember by every maharastrian while voting. Apart form this shivsena is working for maharastians without thinking of vote bank.
Some national parties thinks that Shivsena will finish after Balasaheb Thakrey,Shivsena is the First party who starting fight for reginal Rights in 1967,after that verious parties started like TDP,trinmul,etc. There is nothing wrong in,that locals must get first chance to taking advantage of their developed region,It was totally wrong by making negative issuues for that,Every body should remember that(Including BJP)Shivsena is in the heart of the marathi peoples. shivsena always be the no-1 party in maharastra Existance of shivsena is remained strong & alive untill marathi peoples are alive
i like your views on hindutva i am a hindu a maratha but you should do some thing for the maharashtrian younger generation for their jobs And look to that most of the jobs in maharashtra should be given to our people

Answer to my one simple question and think over it.
If Non-Indians are allowed to come in India and work, and for that reason unemployment among Indian residents will you remain quit? Definetaly you will ask Indian Govt, first provide the employment for Indian residents then to the NRI.
In the same way I think Maharashtrians have right( everyone should get Job in their own state) to get employment in Maharashtra.
Other states are Indirectly warning you that we can't give you employment better you go to Maharashtra.

I have read a post by a man, whi i think belonged to the Gujrathi community. first of all i wud like to tell this very clearly that i respect this Gujjrati ppl..
if there were riots and gujrati ppl were targeted in it in 1960's then its really not correct.. but it must and damn must be rememberd that It was a Gujrati PM Morarji Desai, who wanted to join Mumbai to Gujrat which was extremely and entirely incorrect because Marathi ppl were in a majority there at that time..
Killings of gujrati's happened because of morarji desai's stand which instilled a thought in marathi ppl's mind that Gujrathi ppl want to sieze our land..
Also kindly note that when marathi ppl were making peaceful morcha's on streets of mumbai for its joining with maharashtra they were given bullets and attacks were made on this unarmed peaple, bullets were fired on them, how can we forget those 105martyrs of Mumbai-mukti sangram of 1960's.
We love gujrati ppl.. certainly they are our countrymen.. our brothers.. but anyone who comes to shud understand that mumbai is part of Maharashtra and he/she shud respect that, .. if ppl from outside come here and respect the local sentiments,theres no problm
