It doesn't seem Vajpayee a really bad MP.What he strived for Lucknow drained out completely by notorious Bureaucracy.The NDA is after wiping out the bureaucracy game.So its clear that Vajpayee is not responsible for the Lucknowites complains.
In this article he has mentioned that after electing mr. Bajpai did not bother about his promises. It is in the case of many MPs. Public should teach them lesson.Even if mr. bajpai is wrong or he has not done as per his promises, people should teach him lesson so that it will be big example for all India MPs.
