No doubt Vajpayee is tallest of Indian leaders as regards stature. His goodie goodie image can be compared with famous story of Alibaba & 40 thieves. it is unfortunate for the country that for its love and appreciation of the Alibaba it has to bear with the fourty thieves also. His 40 thieves are- Communal forces represented by the likes of Narender Modi where even the Supreme Court feels that the constitution does not exist. Corrupt forces have become so strong that they have made corruption their political right with countless scams. If anybody dares to expose them like in Tehelka, Judeo scams then the poor fellow is made to lick the dust. BJP & NDA have become patrons of the rich who have every reason to feel good and say that India is shining because every effort is made to suck blood of the poor to fill coffers of these capitalist forces like UTI Scam, selling of govt properties at throw away prices to them in the name of disinvestment, rob of the poor by bringing interest rates on small savings even below inflation level and divert the money to rich at cheap rates. Poors like farmers have no option but to commit suicides. Then how can the advantage of Vajpayee be let go?
The Atal Advantage - Atal Shining not India. When he was opposition leader he has been given due respect and position by all Congress Govt. wheather it was Indira, Rajiv, or Rao. During his tenure as opposition leader he has been given charge of Indian deligations gone abroad, even state minister of MEA was second in command. Congress never made alligations against him during ruling or during the elections, except now because ever since he & his party came to power they were trying to tarnish the immages of Cong.Party and its leaders. When BJP came to power everybody thought second generation leaders are also coming-up in the from of Mahajan, Jaitly, Sushma etc. but Jaitly has gone so cheap in all his remarks about congress/its leaders/its president - Opposition leader with Cabinet rank etc. They talk about Indian culture, Bahus are godess of the family etc. But when it come to Sonia - they talk all non-sense. During the past six years they were talking about foreign origin and no they talk about bringing in constitutional ammendment. Many other news and people's realisation on new economy theiory, telecom sector, IT sector etc. Mahajan-Jaitly group should realise that.
