I am happy to read that Mr. Jogi has been operated on and its successful. I have read a lot about good work by Mr. Jogi as CM of Jharkhand. I prey God for his FULL & QUICK recovery. In fact, I was planning to write to him and meet him in person but there was all mud slinging etc., and it was not an opportune moment to meet him.
I am returning to India in June and would definitely like to meet him in person, if possible, by then the election clouds settled.
Its really sad to hear about Ajit Jogi severely injured in road accident. Its a good decidion that he was flown to Bombay and Govt accepted for use of Govt Aircraft. But what about the other occupants of the car? Have they also been given such special treatment? They must be given, at least within Chattisgarh if not flown to Bombay. It may be noted that Mr. Jogi wanted to night halt at some place but there was no one to open the doors of the Guest House. How can it be? All Guest Houses (particularly if they are Govt) must have night watchmen. Govt has to take note of the ghastly accident, on account of laxity to the management of Guest Houses, because of which an ex-CM had to pay the price.
One lesson we have to learn is that if someone like ex-CM can get injured in a road accident (I am referring to road safety) what would be the fate of common people, particularly if they are injured. What kind of treatment can we expect and how many people can be taken care of by the Government, with whatever kind of machinery.
My heartfelt sympathies to Mr. Ajit Jogi and his family. i sincerely hope he recovers fully and is literally back on his feet. Certainly a huge setback to the beleagured congress party. Some of its most dynamic and pro-active leaders like madhavrao scindia and rajesh pilot have mortally fallen victim to accidents in recent times. As if being targetted by the sangh parvaar was not bad enough, its leaders had to face the added trauma of dying in accidents and political assasinations... and right at the height of their politicl careers( things that never seem to happen to any of the bjp leaders ever...point to ponder !)
Ajit Jogi, e do not know each other, yet I tell you today on this day of Easterday you are in the good hands of Jesus. He will lift you up. As he rose you shall rise in him and shine in public life. Remenber it shall be true. Patrick
