One lakh more government jobs creation per year means still far less money would be available for actual development of the state. Most of the government revenue is eaten up by the salaries of lakhs of government employees who work only two hours a day on an average and enjoy two days paid holidays for every one day (two hours)worked!! What an organised loot of the taxpayers' money. If real and substantial development is to happen in Indian states the government employees strength should immediately be cut by fifty per cent and at least 90% of the government employees should be employed on contract basis from nowonwards.
