Win the goodwill first

To win an election one need to win the heart of masses. Instead of accusing majority Muslim community should introspect within what is wrong with their approach. The fact is people who had goodwill and popularity, always enjoyed a great place in Indian society. Dilip Kumar, Sahrukh, Jeenat and so many other Muslim stars enjoyed stardom while Jakir Hussian, Abdul Kalam enjoyed highest post of the nation. Nobody can win the election without earning goodwill of voters.

Democracy does not mean reserving seats for different sections of people.Democracy is the rule of majority.Reserving seats for different sectios is a subversion of true democracy

indian muslim minorities always hav been just a vote bank to every government in succession ,this is high time that political parties think about everybody irrespective of caste , religion , creed or color,
when the poloitical parties can think about womens bill,sc & st bills ,then why are we left and why are we made to feel that we are deprived of everything in our motherland whom we like anything, its just not only political representation but if u see in jobs, admissions n every related field we r left over to sulk still I LOVE MY INDIA with a hope .

Muslim representation in Indian elections!
by Viswanathan Subbarayan on Nov 15, 2003 10:43 AM

This is disturbing. It can cause alienation of muslim population. I think govt should think about resevation for muslims to the tune of 10% to make sure their rights are proptected.

BJP will be the best party to introduce this.
