Isnt it odd that the Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, to borrow rediff.com description, just another UPPER-MIDDLE-CLASS Delhi-ite, can claim that her 1,570 square feet flat in Nizamuddin neighbourhood is only worth Rs 2,15,200 and get away with it without anyone batting an eyelid about it! Just goes to confirm that politicians cannot be trusted tell the truth in these matters even when they put things pen an paper. However even more surprising are the actions of Ehtashamuddin Khan (in Delhi!!!) and rediff.com in presenting these claims as gospel truth without any comment Bharat Prashar
It is hard to believe the facts furnished by both Mrs. Dhixit and Mr. Khurana in front of Election commision.
If it is true then one should believe that still the age of Lal Bhadur Shastri prevails. One wonders why scams worth crores happens in India in which mostly poloticians are involved??
If it is really true then ohter griddy and corrupt politicians in the country should follow Mrs. Dhixit and Mr. Khirana and refrain from accumulating money for their 7th future generations while more than 80% of population are under foreign debt.
you have put the heading that the cm, delhi has no car. but the total value she has declared is more than a crore and who knows the assets of her close relatives which might have been registered
