''Congress has edge in Himachal''

I think BJP will win 30 seats, 32 congress, 01 HVC and 04 seats independent. hence the govt. will be formed by the independents.

I guess that the Congress will win about 36 to 40, BJP 20 to 22, HVK 1, Independents remaining.

As hope of people are on Congress after the failure of BJP govts everywhere at every level.

Mr Onkar you are right That cong.has edge in HP I would like to Predict the seats tally.39 to Cong. 12 to BJP 1 to HVC rest to others.
