India needs to select three different teams for the three difrerent formats of cricket.With the Indian team playing cricket almost throughout the year having a cricket calendar following the likes of Academic calendar and Job calendar, it is difficult to cope up with the physical and mental streses. Moreover, IPL being the mega event with almost all the players playing in this tournament, they hardly find any rest between one series and the other series and playing in different World cups in between. With such a hectic schedule, it is better for India to go for three different teams for the three formats of cricket. With lots of cricketing talent around in the country, it would benefit all the meritorious cricketers based on their suitability of play to these three different formats.Moreover, it is very difficult to shift gears and adjust themselves to the demands of these three different formats for the current Indian players.
