I think this retains the human element. Umpire's call allows a judgement of error part to the decision. However if the on field umpire thinks after viewing the replay feels that he has done a mistake, he should not stick to his decision and correct it himself instead of sticking to his previous decision.

The question asked by Warne is very pertinent - how can the same decision be out or not out, depending on what the field umpire decided ? Once you go to Technology, the decision should be black or white. If the technology is not perfect, then there should be consistency.
So there should be no Umpire's call, let it be in favour of either batsman or bowler(personally I think it should favour the bowler). It will stop all controversies.
