It has been suggested to review the performance of each players in past 3 test matches.No need to love somebody despite of poor performance on english cricket grounds.India has very good match wining players.Poor performer shall replaced immediately with new one.India has better player options which is to be utilised.
The issue is mainly with the batting more than the bowling. Vihari is good no doubt, but he is a similar batsman like pujara. If we are going merely occupy the crease without scoriung anything substantial, that hardly helps. None of our batsmen could put pressure on England with the resukt they could keep bowling in the same areas. We need a fluent batsman who could the bowlers under pressure. Suryakumar fits the bills perfectlhy. He is in great form, very classy, hardly hurried in his strokeplay. Why not try him.
Ashwin,suryakumar yadav,vihari/shardul should be in the team.The failure of Rishabh pant as a batsman is due to not played with straight bat.For the next 2 matches KL rahul should do w/k in place of Pant.In such situation either K.L rahul should open with rohit OR Suryakumar with Rohit and Rahul to bat in 5th position. Ashwin should played in next 2 matches because Joe Root may faced some difficulty to play against his spin.Ishant sharma should replaced with shardul thakur or hanuma vihari.We need balanced and wining team for next 2 matches.
It is high time that the management removes kohli as captain and appoint either Rohit or Rahane as captain for the test series in order to save the test series. Else the series would be 3-1 in favour of england

I agree with you. Kohli is not capable in test matches for captainship & hence Rahane should be the best choice.
