In the old system the administration was by honorary persons who got into the BCCI for the prestige and esteem value and spent a substantial part of their time to improve the finances of BCCI only to see bureaucrats come and spend it away! BCCI must appoint N Srinivasan as their interlocutor with ICC to get its due shares!
