As I have been saying this repeatedly - - -

There is NOTHING LIKE FLAT OR SWINGING - BOUNCY TRACKS IN CRICKET .

A GOOD batsman can bat under any condition , any wicket &

at any position . For Ex : Viraat Kohli .

And now Rohit also proved that .

He was highest run scorer in recent WC which was in ENG .

Still , some FOOL cricket & our media says - - Rohit

is flat track player on Indian pitches only .

Rohit is going through what one calls a purple patch. His 5 hundreds in the WC have upped his confidence levels & he has slotted himself well in Tests. However I wouldn't be so quick to say he is an automatic choice for opener in Tests till he proves himself in South Africa & England where the ball does a lot. In India he will always be a force to reckon with but going forward there will be sterner tests for him.
