Kohili is the best batsman in World Cricket, but his Captancy skills are below par. Captain can seek some tips from a Senior player at crucial situations, but that is the last option. Otherwise Captain should lead the team as per his tactics/decisions. Kohili's Captancy in IPL itself demonstrates his incometancy. Let him do only one job at a time and I think Rohit Sharma is a better choice as Captain. He is not in great form at the moment and probably he may able to improve his form by taking an additional task. He is a lucky Captain. Examples - Nidahas Trophy, Recently concluded IPL etc. I think it is ideal to take out some burden from Kohili and his batting will further improve for sure.
he has some paranormal powers of giving some advises does not mean he should be on the team. its a very negative and defensive decision. as far as his batting concern im quite sure he will not be able score a double digit in any of the match. his keeping will be almost same as of dinesh karthik

I think you have given the adverse comment agst MS Dhoni, if I am correct - When the world of experienced cricketers and legends and press speak/writes high of Dhoni, he is being negatively commented. Still in the news of cricket world his wicket Keeping is highly praised but it is commented bad. First, people who adversely commenting agst Dhoni should justify (1) Is he bad, running between wicket (2) what about the average run rate at the end of the match (3) Whether any time he failed in keeping the wicket (4) Speed of stumping -
