Dear Pakistani minister ..in India there is no PSL viewer. As far as we know, some Pakistani company used to telecast commercial ads during IPL broadcast in Pakistan. They will loose revenue. IPL is famous worldwide,so its fan base is huge. HOTSTAR app is not banned in Pakistan. Interested people can watch live match there, as you can't ban internet. BTW you already have lost the cap case in ICC.
If you can't run PSL effectively, some Indian company can buy it. BCCI is seriously thinking to kill PSL forever.
