It is better if Dhoni comes down in the order at number 7 or 8. Spinners finish their quota by around 40th over and if Dhoni comes early he may find it difficult to handle the spin.So if Dhoni comes just before the tail open then he can handle the fast bowlers with much ease than the spinners and he can do some big hitting by in the last few overs. If the upper order batsmen do well and if India do not lose many wickets before 50th over, then there is no problem even if Dhoni do not get a chance to bat.
