Why Pant? Why not Karthik? From the very beginning, I was very sure that Shankar does not have that x-factor. He is little here and little there type of player. At world cup stage you need specialist. I believe it should be Karthik before anyone.

Noooo!! Pant is 10x better opener than KL Rahul, he is a MUST. Believe it or not, Karthik should come in place of Dhoni- the expensive advisor!!!

No, Rishab should replace KL Rahul in opening slot, shankar should come after Pandya and Karthik should replace Dhoni to ACTUALLY improve strike rate !!!

Okay but not to unsettle Dhoni for he is what he is and playing his last WC. Could even give go to Jadeja who will add pep to good Fielding useful Fielding and bowling particularly against West Indies. Kedar can give way to Jaddu.
