I think a lot of hype as been created on the selection of new coaching staff for Team India.I think Kohli's comment even before the selection process has started is a wrong precedence unless he was asked why did he preempt his opinion this shows he is trying to put pressure on the Committee .The Committee should ignore his opinion and select the best candidate based on his credentials and work and if a different coach is selected different from the captains choice the captain should be clearly told that if he does not agree then there can be a new captain also as Gavaskar has said that Kolhi appoitmnet was only till the world cup and post that a meeting to decide on the captain should have been held .The loss is the world cup is being swept under the carpet in the excuse that we won 7 out of 9 matches but they way few matches were won should also looked into .To summarize Indian cricket should choose a captain and coach who have the plan to win big tournaments and not boast of past achievements hope the BCCI wakes up to this fact and not get pressurized by people like Kolhi

Well the two legends, kohli and shastri have only themselves left to support each other after the WC debacle. What else is expected. If one falls out of line, the other will start throwing mud.
