The Coach and the Captain. You did not have Plan 'B' after losing three early wickets. If there would have been different Captain, Dhoni would had come at No 4. You could not decide upto Semi-final, who would bat at No4,5,6. This is time to change the Captain and the Coach. Rohit Sharma should be the Captain upto next World Cup. Chahal & Kuldeep shouldn't be picked for 20-20 matches, instead Krunal Pandya as allrounder, Sanju Samson as Batsman wicket keeper (he is much better than Ishan Kishan) and Washington Sunder should be picked for 20-20 format

These players should be tried only after Sanju Samson fails which is very unlikely.

Shankar is a mediocre player and doesn't have strokes and temperament to play long innings.
