Hardik Pandya is useless in pressure situation. He is neither a good batsman nor a good bowler. You must have atleast one skill to be called an allrounder.
Your team selection is pathetic, how can you have six seamers at the same time!!! Mitchell santner in place of Pandya and David Warner in place of Archer would perfectly balance out the team...

Please Recheck. 6 seamers are not there in the list. Furthermore, actually there are 3 Fast bowlers, 2 Medium pacer-All rounders, and 2 finger spinner-all rounders. The only issue is both finger spinners are left handed. Possibly drop Jadeja (though he has done well in limited opportunities) and replace him with either a right handed finger or wrist spinner or go with an extra middle order batsman like Butler who can also do wicket keeping in place of Bairstow. In that case can even replace Bairstow with Warner to give left handed - right handed combination at top.
