NZ got through the semis only because of their luck factor. The reserve day rules also appears to be erratic. Had the play washed out the next day as well, then it was India which should have gone into the finals. In simple words India had the upper hand at the start of the semis, point wise and run rate wise. Had the rain not stopped the play on the first day, India should have done much better. Continueing the game on the next day was unfavourable to India while batting since the wicket behaviour was totally unfavourable for batting on a pitch which was under covers overnight. Luck factor helped NZ in semis but it did not in the finals. Shami since in good form had been a better choice for India than DK, probably it should have restricted NZ to a much lower total had Shami bowled the way as he did against Afghanistan with a hat-trick. DK did not impress at all throughout the tournament, 2-3 wickets by Shami should have made a lot of difference.
Still I do believe poor ICC rules & umpiring alternated the World Champions, it has discouraged the cricket lovers & also reduced respect for ICC made rules. Please look into it technically & ethically.

What is a logic behind these rules victorious declared the team who hit most of the boundaries it is totally ridicules both the teams have same scores. Winner should be decided both teams should be give one over to bowl, the criteria should be from each team 6 players should be given one bowl to bowled the team who hits the wickets the most should be declared winner
