Dhoni, Pant and Karthik.... these three wicket-keepers were the "Middle Order" of our team! I have been following cricket since last 50 years and have not seen anything of this type.... basically all three are wicket-keepers, who can bat well at No.6-7-8. .... the no.4 spot should always be occupied by pure batsman who is capable of scoring centurey. At the most, one can give this place to genuine all-rounder, if available (such as Yuvraj in the past).... After Shikhar Dhavan got injured, India should have roped in either of Ajinkya Rahane, Manish Panday, Shreyas Iyer etc. to name a few.... One cannot expect Dhoni, Karthik and Pant to bat in a way in which a pure/well established batsman bats in a crunch situation!
