Dhoni has been great batsman and team player. He is still playing the same way. People . criticizing him, either do not know Cricket or are getting biased by stupid media commentators, having their own vested interest. People, expecting him to score four or six on every ball, do not understand that he needs to save his wicket because if he gets out then there is NO ONE to score even small runs!! See, what happened today! After he got out , the tail enders (in true sense, as they are only bowlers), could not do anything. Dhoni is playing most sensible cricket and not getting carried away by pressure of crowd or mindless critics, who are expecting him to hit on every ball risking his wicket!! On paper, it looks that four wickets are stll remaining to come but none of them is capable to score or be on the field for long!!!
The captain and vice captain do not perform, MSD has to go all out and win the game like T20. Fans of India should not be expecting this. Why do they not date to blame the two for taking 10 overs for 28 runs followed by 28.2 overs to score 146. what about the low performance of top 4 in many matches. England was very well prepared and planned for our two spinners who gave 88 runs and 72 runs each. BenStokes knew exactly how to hit them.
Dhoni scored 42 runs in 31 ball, where as kholi 66 in 78 balls . secondly all other batmen striking rate is lower than 100% but dhoni's 135.48 /against kholi st/rate 88. no question of slow score

Does anybody pointed that the openers did just 28 runs in first 10 overs is the main cause to defeat this match. then balance 40 overs we need another 308 runs and that to settled batsman like rohit and kohli needs do speed up the score boardand they did not.Its unfair to blame always dhoni or kedhar.and its fair to blame pant because he seems to go as early as possible to pavilian when he bats and finally made 32 runs with 29 balls .Shame on PANT.
