Neither ICC will boycott PAK , nor India can boycott
or refuse to play against PAK . Mind this thing .
All member countries has an MPA ( Members Participation agreement ) with ICC till 2023 , wherein no country can boycott any ICC event nor refuse to play against any particular country till 2023 . Hence legally & contractually India cannot boycott / refuse playing against PAK .
It will have long term effects . In fact , ICC can BAN Team India till 2023 , if India boycotts any event/country .
Its not that EASY .
Hence discussion on boycotting PAK OR WC is MEANINGLESS .
Why people are wasting their time on this issue , I can't understand .
Already our forces has attacked PAK today & destroyed terr0rist outfits there .
Team India also MUST play against PAK & crush them in cricket battlefield .
If ICC won't agree to ban Pakistan from World -cup then we must boycott World -Cup. Decision must be taken by present government before announcement of election. Whole nation must support without party line.

I agree. ICC will not ban Pakistan. It cannot. India must play all matches but not against Pakistan. ICC cannot ban Pakistan; but India can. ICC may be persuaded not to pitch India and Pakistan against each other in the semi-finals. If so pitched in finals, India must boycott. Country first !
