Lack of confidence on our lower order batsman
by Pankaj Satwani on Feb 25, 2019 02:27 PM

Here I want to say that how India will improve his lower order to bat properly. India team lower order batsman rarely they get chance to bat but than to our senior batsman don't give them chances to play. In this match I remember MSD have left 8-10 single runs to give strike to Chahhal. And see if he has taken those 8-10 singles than this could have make a good difference in the match. In last match with NZ also we have seen this that Kartik not given strike to Kunal & we suffered the same.

Here I would like to suggest to our senior batsman, that they should give every chance to lower order batsman to bat & learn them how to play in tough matches. If they don't give them chances than how would they learn to bat in final overs. Similar in past also we always criticize our lower order batsman that they don't perform in tight matches.

Australia's game standard has gone so low
by Jayaprakash Balan on Feb 25, 2019 11:41 AM

Is this the way, Australia needs to play and then they dream of World Cup. Such a small total and they made it tough for themselves. Well, on the positive side one can say, they made match exciting till the last ball, but wondering how low have Australian team's game gone so low as well their attitude and body language. No flexibility at all in players. So much loose fielding. What is the Coach and Asst. Coach doing? This is not the game expected from Australia. Yes, Australia won, but in no way deserved to win because India always during the game had the upper hand and played well than Australia. Why is even Finch there in the team. He should be sacked for playing so badly and poorly since years now and he is sole reason why Ausralian players are not getting energized and motivated and he neither has any strategy planning or any rigor to reprimand his players for any lapse in fielding, batting and bowling. Australia is lucky to have only 2 T20s else it would have been a whitewash by India. With this sort of game playing, ODIs will be full whitewash by India. Surprising why can't the yesteryear greats of Australia give some tips to the players than sitting in commentary box and praising their team in spite of all flaws.

Aussies had to win
by Sandeep Singh on Feb 25, 2019 11:04 AM

because Indian batting was abysmal. Its true that umesh yadav can never bowl well on Indian tracks and selectors are too obstinate to accept that but Indian batting, except L Rahul and briefly V kohli, was a total failure as the score put up was horrendous!!!

when chahal and bumrah was bowling well..they were taken offand replaced by umesh...thats a big mistake..this is a low scoring game ...if they play all the 20 overs they will win..a good captain would have used all his best bowlers first..

Indian players ought
by piri on Feb 25, 2019 09:31 AM

to learn from the Australians in sober and proportionate celebrations !

While the Aussies have been very sober with their displays of joy at taking a wicket or winning a match, the Indians like Yuzvendra Chahal gesticulate wildly and jump up and down like monkeys as though they just won the world cup !
