Even if it is a BAN I would suggest that. But the world cricket revenue is mainly based on INDIAN viewership. if India boycotts then there will be serious repercussions for REVENUE
Chetan Chauhan has done well to point out the consequences of our opting out of World Cup . That will cool the hot heads who are spewing all kinds of advice to the BCCI and Govt. A ban will totally ruin the careers of people like KOhli, Rohith, Dhawan etc who are in late mid-career.
Ensure that PAK is boycotted in the tournament, if you have some self-respect. The cost of this will be willingly shared by every patriotic cricket fan in terms of some tax levied by the Govt and compensated to the "begging bowl" of Board. That this Board reaps money through the IPL cannot share this burden is a matter of shame. To this Board, everything is in terms of revenue and money. It has lost its self-respect.
Is it owned by Government of India or Governed by the Statutory Body of Indian Government. It is owned by BCCI which is a Profit Organization. If they want let them play or let them not to play let the BCCI take the decision. Let us not color the game.

Once again if the Government of India decide not to allow any sports venture between India and Pakistan, the rule of the country is to be followed.
It is better to face fine or being banned rather than playing with our enemy Pakistan. Our pride, respect to our soldiers and our Nation is more valueable than playing cricket. Jai Hind.
If India is banned, it will be the end of cricket as a commercial activity. I still believe we should play against Pak cos forfeiting is not in the spirit of the game. Plus we would definitely lose out on the semifinal spot.

Is killing of 40 jawans by stealth in the spirit of humanity? Is the game more important that humanity?
