Cricket is not bigger than the lives of my soldiers and citizens. Rediff should not arouse passion in the name of the game. Pakistan should be isolated and boycotted everywhere till they hand over the three most notorious and dangerous criminals and others wanted by India hiding there. Dawood, Hafiz Saeed, Masood should be first returned.

It is not just those wanted by India; the perpetrators of terror in Afghanistan, Iran and all over the place. It is no longer Pakistanis, it has become a haven for terrorists. Even Pakistani citizens are being attacked. Pakistan army is not needed when India, Iran or Afghanistan do not wish to attack unless provoked to this extent.
JUNE 16TH IS SUFFICIENT TIME THREE MONTHS LET US WAIT AND SEE THE DEVELOPMENTS IF WE REFUSE NOW AND MEET THEM IN KNOCKOUT PHASE WE HAVE TO COME BACK WITHOUT PLAYING. IN LEAGUE PHASE WE CAN REFUSE WE MAY CRIPLE THEM IN THESE THREE MONTHS THEN THEY MAY REFUSE TO PLAY WITH US SO LET US WAIT AND SEE
We should play against Pakistan if we have to. We should not loose any opportunity to defeat them. Especially on the platform like world cup, our win over them will give huge satisfaction to the Indian people at the same time, it will hurt Pakis very badly. I look at this as a big opportunity. I am ok with not playing with them otherwise, as we are anyways not having any tournaments with Pakistan for many years now and we only play against them in the ODI or T20 world cups.

Rohan Patil... u r dead right. I totally agree with you. We should use the \\\"WC Platform\\\' as an opportunity to show our solidarity to our \\\'Armed Forces\\\'. Remember how India snubbed Pakis at the \\\'International Court of Justice\\\' by refusing to shake-hand with the Pakis. Similar strategy can be adapted to snub Pakis which can highlight Paki\\\'s double game at international level. Conceding the match to Pakis will only benefit Pakis.
We should play with them and defeat them. We should play it like a war. We have not lost a single match against them in world cup. Boycotting match would attract penalty. Since the venue is neutral there is no problem.
Why I ndia should boycott? India is a strong force in the ICC because of India's top performance & money power. If India boycott, the income from telecast rights will drastically reduce.Moreover, the other ICC members depend on the income from matches against India. Being in such a powerful position, India should insist for expulsion of Pakistan from ICC. Definitely, countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, West Indies, Australia, New Zealand etc. will back India's proposal.
Not only India but all the nations should boycott Pakistan. Eemove Pakistan from all the tournaments like it was done with South Africa once. Sports can not be separated from politics. But yes, if it is not banned then India should not give any points to Pakistan, it must play and play to win with huge margin.
