You can have any team but reinstate Dhoni as the Captain of the team. Virat has to go as he does not motivate his team. It is a retrograde step no doubt but if we are to win the Cap it has to be with Dhoni as the Skipper.

Absolutely. Both Rohit and Virat should be picked up match wise basing on opponents' strength and demands, as both are not worth 'Russel' in the team.
