In international tournaments,Virat is dependant on Dhoni's advice regarding bowling changes & field placings.Clearly as captain he is a work in progress.His judgement about player selection is flawed.For this season he should have picked another quality spinner,a good batsman and an all rounder- all proven in T20 games in India.Instead Hetmyer,Shivam Dube,Grandhomme are wrong selections for IPL.RCB have lost all their games because the batsman Kohli hasn't got going.RCB owners would do well to pay heed to Gambhir's opinion about Virat!!

He must be replaced as captain both in RCB as well as India team. As a player he's great. As a captain, he certainly seems to be having a bad time …. an unusually long one. Agree with Gambhir, Virat has got a really long rope so far. Maybe he should himself step down and concentrate on excelling as a player.
