Can't agree more. We have a pathetic middle order
Kapil has made a name for himself and the country. But when he tries to promote North Indian cricketers at the cost of South Indians like Sanju Samson creates irritation towards him. Gambhir really showed character in highlighting the real talent. Kapil gives a feeling that he is becoming diplomatic to be in the good books of the Selection Committee by not appreciating or mentioning the opinion of Gautham Gambhir. As far as VIRAT Kohli is concerned. He is cut above the rest. It is immaterial if did not fair well at this stage of the IPL.
The present team needs to be reviewed before the World Cup and a lot needs to be changed from the present team.

sick of hearing from people like you. Can't you keep country ahead of regional bias?

VIRAT KOHLI probably Rose above his Head too soon but again Fall with equal Disdain. The Higher you rise the Harder you Fall. If he had faltered in 2014 in England, he rose above his Head for his Thespian Approach, but now when he had fallen he had fallen for good for his Tumultuous behavior. Too much of Conflict with others and more so within himself probably had Trudged VIRAT of his own Demon.
If Indian Cricket has to Rise above his Head in the World Cup and more so in the Near Future, it has to cut the Size of VIRAT above his Head and Strip of his Captaincy, which he had failed to prove his mettle time and again. For too much of Opulence and the adolescence had given him the feeling that the World is more than the Universe, but probably he Forgot that before putting the world onto your Feet you got to put your Feet onto the world.
I think looking at the performance of Kohli led Royal Challengers in IPL the board may have to rethink on Indias captain for the World Cup. No I am not a fan of Dhoni at this stage but neverthless he seems to be a better bet than Virat. This may be a retrograde step but Virats captaincy credentials are in doubt at the moment.
