Increased viewership at England and overseas, is due to growth of Indian population and rise in no of immigrants. This has nothing to do with who wins and who looses.
The author's premise that the Indian cricket team was not allowed 5 test series for many years in England for poor showing is wrong. By the same logic, Australia should not allow 5 test series with England because England always performs poorly against Australia.
No Nation loves losers, but Indians go to extremes to castigate their team when they lose. Kohli has surprised many of his critics including me. But has learned from mistakes. The team's performance in England has to be viewed against the fact that they came up against tricky weather in Lord's and lost the toss on all the five occasions. They could have saved a couple of matches or even won them if they had done a few small things right. Kohli's failing is in believing in "all or nothing" does not suit Test Cricket. He needs to be ready for wearing out the opponents on occasions.
He does buff00nery n entertain them... after gettIng shAmeLessly thrashed he says that his team is best in last 20 years n his team was not OUTCLASSED... he is a grEAt c0median wh0 entertains them...
