u r the biggest fool talking nonsense. How good a team is judged by its Test record and not 20 20 or one day record. That takes care of your blah blah stats.
This team is loosing consistently all overseas Test series barring Srilanka which was the weakest ever after retirement of Jayawardane and sangakara midway. Still the beardedmoron and drunkard coach shouting from the rooftop that its the best travelling team overseas is farce. If you can understand that then i guess u should go for a mental checkup. The team under ganguly which drew the India Australia series against Steve waughs all conquering Aussie Team was the best Indian team overseas.

Drawing the test series in Australia where under previous captains such as tendulkar and others India would be whitewashed,was a huge achievement.

under kohli india drew any Test series in Australia? Gangulys team did that and against all conquering steve waughs Australia. So dont fartthrough your mouth vaidya without knowing facts

yes we won 11 tests outside india under ganguly and 10 tests outside india under dhoni...
but to put things into perspective out of those 11 away test wins under ganguly 6 were against BD and Zimbabwe...captain ganguly played 7 tests against these 2 countries winning 6 and losing 1 test in harare zimbabwe...
while out of 10 away wins under dhoni only one test win is against BD and zim as that is the only test he played against them as an away captain...

Sunil Vaidya: Age is catching up your memory. You have forgot the Australia side we drew level with was all time best and Zimbabwe were a fantastic team at that time. And all of dhoni's success as a captain was courtesy to the team build by Dada. And look at what kind of team Dhoni has handed over too Virat, this guys can't even chase 190! MS has destroyed Indian test cricket

india have never won a series in Aus, SA. only time they drew in SA was in 2011 under Dhoni against a strong SA team. India drew in Aus under ganguly in 2003. Till 2011, the team that had dravid, sehwag, ganguly, laxman, tendulkar never lost heavily abroad - 2002 - england 1-1 draw, 2007 1-0 in england under dravid. SA 2006 - 2-1 and that was the first time india had won a test in SA; 2011 - after the world cup, our batting legends had aged and dravid retired after Australia; laxman was dropped, sachin continued as an uninvited guest for his 100th 100 - 3yrs of it when younger players shd have been blooded. Since then our overseas record is like india of the old - losing heavily. kohli, needs to step down/ shastri is easily the worst coach for india so far
Both coach and captain talking nonsense. Both should be sacked as coach and captain. Kohli committed lots of blunders like omitting Pujara for first two tests, Not playing Jadeja. Ignoring Kuldeep Yadav. His field placings do not make any sense. Best overseas teams were under Ganguly and Dravid. Period. 2001 to 2007.
Even after such a poor show, it is ridiculous that they are claiming themselves as best .India Government should not waste our money for sending these shameless players in foreign countries for tarnishing the name & image of India.Shame to these players!
Sheer madness ! How can he claim this after being beaten 4-1 twice in England, beaten in South Africa, Australia. Winning in Srilanka is easier than in India. Both he and Shastri are fooling people. They know how to talk and impress. Guys be realistic.
