 Why Shastri was given hike without accountability?

Shastri virtually fixed his own fees and perks and ensured BCCI agrees for it ? Where is the accountability ? Any coach will give 1-4 result ?

1)India Can win only in Indian Soil.
2)Indian batsmen can play only in their own home grounds. Cant play in any other country.
3) We call outsiders to play in india making spinners pitch which they can play. Ashwin can remove all the 10 wickets only in the indian soil, but not in any other country
4) I hate Virat Kohili as a batsmen & as a Captain
many things still to say but India can only win in India Only.
