changes in the team

1. Remove virat as captain. He is good as a batsman. He has no knowledge about field placement.
2. We are not playing collectively as a team like england.
3. Bring in fresh faces and have rotation policy for experienced players.
4. The assessment of pitch has to be done well with pitch experts.
5. The Team manager should play a pivotal role in assessing the pitch, selecting the playing 11, rotation of bowlers and field placement . He just cannot sit and relax. He should pass on the inputs to captain now and then. He should not leave every thing to the captain to solve

If we have to throw out I think we should throw out 1) (COACH)Ravi Shastri & his team 2) Shikhar Dhawan 3) Rahul 4) Rahane 5) Hardik hyped Pandiya 6) Pujara 7) Ashwin 8) Pant. Also ban all the commentators. One other suggestion is play only in India call every other country to INdia and beat them black & blue . If you have to go abroad best is to recruit players from those countries where we go to play.
