All i can say is that to you all friends , just keep patience. Indian bowling has done well this tour but batting failed miserably. Only Kohli gave the best. Shikhar and Rahul are wasting their opportunities and so is hardik with the bat. The team lacks an attacking batsman at no. 6 . Earlier Sehwag used to give electrifying starts and took the game away from the opposition. We need a player like sehwag either as an opener or at no.6. Opening and no. 6 are very crucial place in the batting order. Usually at no. 6 again the new ball is taken at the completion of 80 overs. Thats when the No.6 almost all times comes to bat. Adam gilchrist batted at no. 6 and used to play his natural game in Test matches as well.

sunil gavaskar dont forget that you too were in the same place that kohli today is...he has more wins than you...please remember how many times india won and how many times india lost when you played for india...
i still remember how angry you used to get when the cricketers of earlier generation than yours talked about the losses of indian team when you were player and captain...

We are number one team,, and we lost back to back two series. One in south Africa,, and now in England. That's the main reason of this criticism. No 1 Team lost two back to back series!!! This is failure of Coach. Kick out this coach.. who have puppet of Captain Kohli. (Due to lack of best 11 player selection as per condition we have lost almost four testmatches,, One in Srilanka, One in south Africa,, and Two in England. And selection of team have decided only by Captain and coach. )

Some sail on account of luck..At the outset Ravi Sahstri should not have been made the coach.. when the committee of Ganguli, Tendulkar and Laxman identified Rahul Dravid and Zaheer Khan as batsman and bowling coaches they should have been there. Further the authorities to decide who should be the coach and not the skipper. While Anil Kumble has proved his worth he should have been continued. Now see the result. Gavaskar reveals based on his experience and observation. The team and players including skipper as well as coach need to derive benefits from such players opinions as well..
Ravi Shastri is very indiscipline , & Insensible & very lazy type of Coach, & making unnecessary wrong statement of Overseas victory. BCCI immediately thrown out this man for Benefit of Indian cricket & recruit Mr. Anil Kumble.
Neither need to pitch anything, both are manipulators par excellence, difference being one is a great batsman while the other is a so so alrounder and good broker cum manipulator with BCCI, which failed to unearth talent in its true form, else would have prepared atleast half-a-dozen quality spinners for rotation. This is done by Pakies and they are improving with each challenge.
