Our Indian team urgently need changes. Sack non-performing players like dawan, rahul, pandya and vijay. Players cannot be kept for their past records. This is the difference between our team and Australian team. We have so many young and energetic players than above useless players. When a bowler like Ashwin able to score 25,33 runs why can't dawan and zero fame rahul score?
The current English squad is one of the weakest and could have been easily defeated by Kohli & co.
The next series is not going to be easy for team India which is against Australia in their home turfs which again favors fast bowlers (except SCG).
No surprises if BCCI arranges another series against WI/Bangladesh or SrlLanka so that we easily defeat them and ready for another whitewash against Aussies.

First bring in RAVINDRA JADEJA and make him open in place of Dhavan. He would be scoring at least half a century with ease on any given day than the fools who open the innings with zero confidence.

better go with prithvi shaw. he is youngest batsman in the squad. better prospectus for india in future. offcourse you can bring jadeja in place of hardik or ash.
I agree with the views expressed by some persons here. A lot of opportunities have been given to Dhawan, Vijay, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Ashvin. We have a gifted lot who are striving to attract the attention of the powers that be like Mayank Agarwal, Karun Nair, Prithvi Shaw, Mohammed Siraj, Bharat (wicket-keeper), not to forget Ravindra Jadeja. In the recently concluded Under-19 World Cup, we had the pleasure of watching some of the finest players who, with encouragement, will beat the best in the world. There seems to be a concerted effort to project players from Mumbai by ex-Mumbaikars and the latter lot is always on the prowl voicing their opinions during commentating. Yes, Virat Kohli should be stripped of selection duties and Ravi Shastri should be shown the door just like he ousted his predecessor.

Dhawan has been given opportunities in tests based on ODI but Vijay has never got ODI opportunity even when he scored heavily in tests. Similarly Rohit has gotten tests even in Eng last series based on ODI performance. Ashwin, Vijay, Saha, have been eliminated from ODIs and are barely in tests. Ashwin has finally after 7 years in tests played more than 2 tests in one series abroad. How is this lots of opportunities?

Who is from Mumbai in the current team? For a long time Indian playing XI under Dhoni was more or less same as CSK XI and that too with disastrous results. The arrogance of Kohli dominates the selection. Rest have no say. Just the way Dhoni operated

Ashwin has won more matches for India than any other player in recent times. And the rest of CSK players were actually Dhoni favorites who were brought into CSK, rather than the other way around. Jadeja, Raina were already Dhoni favs before getting into CSK. Vijay has been the backbone of Indian batting outside India where as Rahane gets a lot of credit. Today it is Ambani quota that dominates Indian team- Rohit, Rahane, Hardik, Bumrah, etc.

RAVINDRA JADEJA a promising and confident player has been kept out and j@kers are made to open the innings.
Current Indian Cricket team is being managed and controlled like a mafia. If anybody talks, he will be sacked. So back to vicious circle. Gentlemen like Dhoni, Ganguly, Dravid, Kumble will never come again in the dressing room.

why dont you check dhawan figures in all formats of the game at home and overseas? why you insist on showing your cricket illiteracy?

So if Dhawan and Rohit get to play tests based on ODI, why Vijay was never given chance in ODIs when he was clearly in form in tests. Poor Pujara has also never got ODIs where as Rahane gets umpteenth chance in ODIs and T20s when he is really only a test batsman.
