why dont you check dhawan figures in all formats of the game at home and overseas? why you insist on showing your cricket illiteracy?

So if Dhawan and Rohit get to play tests based on ODI, why Vijay was never given chance in ODIs when he was clearly in form in tests. Poor Pujara has also never got ODIs where as Rahane gets umpteenth chance in ODIs and T20s when he is really only a test batsman.
Look at the confidence of Karun Nair. I think he is a quality player and certainly it is the politics in the team that keeps useless players like Shikar Dhavan, Rohit Sharma, and the new lean bodied players that take off their shirt to show their ribs in the team. Maybe Kohli is worried about maintaining his dominance in the team if quality players are given a chance. We lost a quality player in Ravindra Jadeja too becuase of politics of previous captain. I think captain should not be given the choice of selection and there should be selections based on performance rather than who is friend of whom.l
