England win
by Kamal Chakrabarty on Sep 02, 2018 03:10 PM

England can hope to win as batting spinners in the worn out wickets will be difficult. But England needs a new pair of openers for sure and Sam Curran needs to come up at no.4. Johny Bairstow and Root are struggling; selectors should take a close look and rest the two alternately. Chris woakes should be in.

Butler and his team mates are having dreams
by Jayaprakash Balan on Sep 02, 2018 01:54 PM  | Hide replies

Though some dreams do become true, this dream of Butler and his team mates are only going to remain a dream because their dream will be crashed by a volcano called Virat. Butler should have some sense that without he or his top order batsmen not knowing how to play 5 day Test matches and not performing at all, how is he even dreaming of winning the 4th Test match which can be over by England getting defeated in the 4th day itself. This also shows the arrogance or over confidence that England has just because they defeated Australia without knowing that this India team led by Virat is a boulder which they cannot even move, forget push. Rather than dreaming Butler should accept defeat of 4th Test and give some tips of patience and how to be on the crease for long time to all his team mates and try to save the 5th Test which also mostly India will win. Its worst game of England that they are not even able to draw the losing match, forget winning. And please do not compare Ashwin with Moen Ali or Rashid, they are nowhere either in class or skill of Ashwin to trouble the Indian batsmen which is England's another point of worry.

Around 250 is chaseable on this wicket .

Traditionally Indian batsman are very good

players of spin bowling .

Only thing Indian batsman must show little bit of character .

The present bunch doesnt have the character to chase targets in fourth innings..as they failed many times..Not surprising that 200 plus is not gettable for india..though Virat is there. He too a human and England proved this
