Y dont they try Nair against west Indies. Batsmen like Nair with excellent technical competence in all forms of cricket are rarely available in India and they need to be nurtured properly and guided by former greats if Test cricket has to survive. Please select him for Australia series . Also rest Kohli and take Nair against west Indies . Kohli needs to be preserved for bigger occasions. Otherwise Nair will loose confidence and his career will be wasted.
He has failed in all outings except that one innings, he cannot bank on one innings for rest of his life and get selected even without performing consistently.
The problem is Capt Kohli wants to continue for a while more as Sharma is already ready to take over so BCCI is Mai Baap and Capt saab does not want to offend the selectors for now.Secondly it hardly matters to him if players like Nair are selected or sidelined. This is India sir.Mera Bharat Mahan, everyone has to bat for himself .
Mr. Kohli & Mr. Prasad we want to know the real reason behind exclusion of Karun Nair. Mr Prasad please tell us how many test runs you have scored so that you have the guts to disallow a young man who have scored 300 runs in a test match. Will Mr Prasad answer.
