Please see the matches when she opened for india. Pathetic display of batting. She put lot of pressure on other players by not scoring quickly. I think Powar analysis is right. Let's not get emotional when you are representing india. What matters is current form and you should accept team strategy. Sorry Mithali don't play victim card here.

you are right and equally wrong. Mithali is a slow starter and you can replace her with better options. But presently there is no one who can replace her inspite of being slow starter. The players chosen over her was slower than her with slower strike rate and with half her skill. So pawar and kaur along with diana did politics on the garb of slow starter excuse.
