mithali is going overboard
by Dhantannan on Nov 29, 2018 03:26 PM  | Hide replies

with her statements.
She may have been hurt.
but it started with manager accusing Harmanpreet
now mithali accusing Pawar.
Mithali accept defeat gracefully dont try to gain sympathy for leaving you out in semis.
You cannot compete with likes of Smriti and Harman in t20 atleast.

You have nothing to say about behaviour of Powar ? what is his contribution to indian cricket as an ordinary spinner ? Do he deserved to be a coach even of a school team ? Why you ignore performance of Mithali in the same tournament ? was her exclusion justified ?

Darkest day of my life: Mithali reacts to Powar's charges
by YASH CHANDRAKAR on Nov 29, 2018 02:48 PM  | Hide replies

There is true in Powar Charges....

Mithali and her manager did not think about team India and she has lot`s of personal issue and attitude with teammate.....

She should not have done that type of comments/response publicly..

She also done this type of things many times like Harmanpreet but never any teammate comment/response like this..

Cool down Mithali

Pawar should be sacked immediately for letting india loose by his actions.Mitali is a legend and it powar who by his action did disservice to the country.Such actions against the interest of the country must be punished.

If they did not think about team they would have raised complaint during the tournament. They waited until it was over and then brought up the issue, it shows their committment to the team.

Powar on the other hand is calling the one player who brought women's cricket to this stage in india as selfish. You think a selfish player will play for 15yrs without anyone watching in the stands, day in and day out? People don't understand what mithali raj is to indian women's cricket. Raj and gaswami are to women's cricket, what Anand is for chess in india. Women's cricket in india was non-existent before them.
All these Edulji etc. were amateur cricketers who never got any recognition and that is why she is jealous of Raj.

Yash, Just place yourself in the position of Mithali and think how you could have responded against such indifferent treatment and injustice meted out to her ? The people of this country has right to know how totally undeserving and ordinary cricketers like Powar gets opportunity to become coach and how they perform their duties by playing only dirty politics to get power, perks for them.

to make big issue.. AS i said earlier...

Even I also felt that experienced Mitali Raj should have been included in the semis like gavaskar...

But finally it was captains and coach's
call...

So let it be ....

now lets forget it.... as our women's team has crushed... all teams like our men...

so no need to worry....

Chakraborty, this Dhantannan is an idiot No.1 and a bias, color blind and jealous person who dont understand any game or know about the quality of players. She is a constant critic of Saina Nehwal and now has added Mithali in his list.

Dhantannan, dont always act like a bias and color blind person. Do the player who was dropped inspite of her good performance in the same tournament has no right to express her agony and depression against the treatment meted out to her and and against injustice ?
