As a matter of fact the whole trial is a sham. Since Rahul Johri has been accused of misconduct by a women he has to go. That's the point. Court and other administrative bodies should not waste time on cases where the victim is a women and the accused is a man. The man should straight away sent to jail. No wastage on time on trial. In this case as well the members will not rest till Rahul Johri resigns and is behind the bars.

who is vinod rai to allow him to continue. he does know administration. the ost given to him was a bone thrown by NDA for some marvellous calculation of 2G, which was thrown out by the Court. HE IS THE FIRST PERSON to be thrown out of BCCI !!!
The whole matterstinks. But I am not able to appreciate the stand of Diana Edulgi on the issue. Just because one accuses another does she means to say that to save the reputation of the BCCI the so called accused must be kicked out? These days anybody can accuse anyone of misconduct but to me the case has to be proved before action is taken.

I agree . It has now become fashionable to accuse anybody by woman folk without any solid proof or even circumstantial evidence to support their accusations. Imagine the mental stress ,loss or reputation ,family life disturbance it causes the man when it is proved that the man was innocent by the court of law or through a proper enquiry. It causes irreparable damage to the man even if he is found innocent after due process and enquiry.woman folk are coming with their grievances after a decade of the incident and that too through social media.let them go through a proper civil and criminal process through a proper lawyer instead of slandering on social media which should be stopped by the government and the woman folk should also be prosecuted and penalised if the accusations were found to be incorrect which would prove to be deterrent for the woman and they would only make accusations in case their accusations were genuine and within reasonable time frame of the incident. Eg. 498a is misused by the woman folk to settle thier scores with their husband and in-laws . Supreme court had to dilute the law to save the men folk from wrong accusations . Hence all woman are not saint or nuns to be taken at face value . Coa would have applied their mind to exonerate Rahul Hindi.
