Pakistan can never reach the top of the world cricket in any format even if they win one or 2 matches or series here and there. Ofcourse no team in today's cricket is good if they cannot beat India or atleast reach the level of skill, energy, strategy and thinking that Indian's have. Pakistan is still far far away. Ofcourse they have excellent and bright talents, but unfortunately, they are neither nurtured or themselves striving to reach the level of world standard where every cricketer looks upon. The basic zest and passion which every cricketer needs is itself not there in Pakistan team, especially their captain as hopeless as anybody in Ireland team. Today's captain is not the one who only plays. He has more responsibility of himself playing well and showing the team, has to pep up the players even while losing, gets upset with the players if they shows lethargy and then mainly and above needs to have planning at every over of the game, not just plan at the start of the game and then scramble when your team is at the losing end. Sarfraz has none of these qualities. Secondly, if Pakistan Board, Coach and Team Management wants Pakistan game to excel in long way, they have identify and slowly train a second-in command while Sarfraz is still leading. Only then they will get a very good captain as stand-bi like Rohit Sharma. Winning or losing is not an important thing, its the excitement you give everybody who is watching the game, that earns your respect.

When they can win cup , there is no stopping for them. They have a balanced side to take on the world at any stage. They are just one good team like India in any format.
