There are ways to stop, 1. every over the umpires must see the ball examine for moment to confirm it. do not allow the bowler to apply " his own spit on the fingers then use the ground dust/soil to rub the ball ( it is also tampering)3.do not allow any one to rub ball on the pants shirts or any other part. ( it is also tampering) red card the captain/ or other player/ bowler, because these practice is old one but it is ball tampering surely not natural, why one should remove the shining from the ball any time let it be natural. why not stop these some more will foloow.
