Ind in Aus

If you look at the test record of India in SA,Eng and Aus from last 20yrs,they have manged to win only 1 test match in each series. So if everyone is expecting India to win series in Aus there is some history to be made. With the Aussie pace attack comprising of Hazlewood,Siddle and Starc and with the fragile Indian middle and lower order which has struggled in SA and Eng it is difficult to expect Ind beating Aus 2-1 or 3-1 or 2-0.1-1 looks a likely result.

Nothing wrong in reiterating that overseas performances should be put in perspective. England aide was one of the weakest they have fielded in recent times with no score from cook and ageing anderson and broad. Still we lost with good margins. Saying this is best travelling team is joke. Shastri is perhaps following our leader \'Aadmi kitana bhi jhoot bole, lekin vision bada hona chahiye\'

wow! let people decide which is the best side? will people judge now? no wonder ganguly was disappointed disgusted with current administrators and worried about future of india;s cricket...

earlier we had administrators like dalmiya srinivasan who loved the game and always were looking to better the game at national level and international level...pick the best players give them best facilities...

current administrators have no knowledge no love of the game...they know nothing about organizing or administration of the game

wont be surprised now if these people decide to do away with the selection committee and invite people to cast votes for the players to be selected!

You are again diverting mind from the main point. Point is this current Indian team is good only at home, and they don't have any credential to win test matches in SA,ENG,AUS,NZ etc. which team India has done previously. Shastri should have been careful while making comments

This is one of the worst ever Indian team

To travel outside subcontinent, couldn't even beat an Weak ENG team , just imagine what would have happen if they faced the mighty AUS side of last decade? Just winning an ODI series against half strength SA doesn't make them great
