Nothing wrong virat
by Venkataramana Kandi on Nov 08, 2018 09:56 AM

I think there's nothing wrong about what Virat had said. Each one has his/her opinion. If someone was not liking Virat, Virat didn't like the harsh comments. We in this country should learn to accept each ones opinion. I support Virat

Exception proves the law
by Navin Singh on Nov 08, 2018 09:53 AM

Dear Kohli
If someone has different taste of cricket, you can not say him to leave country without knowing his thoughts on other issues.
True you are most consistent player of the era, but yes many others like Brian lara, Michael Bevan, Lance Clusener,Viv Richards , Kapil Dev or even Ricki Ponting because of their one or other quality.
You love someone because of his few traits which attracts you most, like you did in case of Indian film Icon.
So, the person\'s comment was entirely his own, and any such reaction from you must not be appreciated.
He is free to like anyone\'s style or spirit. Please keep yourself away from such indulgence.
Hope you will take care of this in future.

Virat is right
by Swarup Saikia on Nov 08, 2018 09:44 AM  | Hide replies

That so called fan used the term "these Indians". So Virat reply was 100% correct. But still he should keep cool and need not respond to such useless public. Virat should now focus on the upcoming Australia tour.

Kohli is right in snubbing that fellow. look what he wrote "These Indians". doesn't he him self an Indian??? Criticising Kohli is right but says "these Indians " deserves this only.

Admiring and comparing is different...you can't look down upon your own when statistically we have the best batsman...

Kohli's suggestion- to a fan
by Abhishek Shridhar Mishra on Nov 08, 2018 08:55 AM

It is OK to have ones own likes and dislikes. You may berate India and overrate players of other countries. But when all statistics, records, experts speak in one voice and you choose the other without attributing reasons to do so ,then it appears to me that you have a slave mentality. Perhaps being treated as a slave is the best recourse for you.
Hence Kohli's prescription for you to leave India
may do wonders to you

Who is this person who does not follow Cricket?
by Ramdas Nayak on Nov 08, 2018 08:39 AM

Australians have proved what extent they could go to win a match. When sledging opponents failed to give result they shamelessly tried to scratch the ball to try. If with absence of two batsmen they could lose two out of three Tests and seven out of 8 ODIs what is special about them to prove they are better than India or Kohli? We in India criticise our players for performing on home pitches but forget to see all other teams have performed in only on home pitches and lost series after series outside. If something is written against any Australian player in such a way written against Kohli the response would have been much worse than what Kohli said in reply. I fully endorse Kohli's reply. People who are jealous about him deserve it.

every team fares poorly in India, please do not forget that.At least in 3 out of the four tests that India lost, they were in winning positions. That they could not convert them to win is largely because Kohli\'s team mates didi not \\could not play to their potential. If some one does not like Indians being Indian himself, Kohli\'s reaction is quite justified.
